Perspective commerciale
Avantages
Challenging and interesting project. Very flat organization. Full remote so communication is asynchronous-first. Move-fast-and-break-things attitude required. Team is very strong with very varied backgrounds, and all nice people.
Inconvénients
One needs to be able to dive in a complex codebase and be ready to absorb a lot of new concepts. A good place if you're ready to learn and like to hack in a fast-paced way. Well suited for former researcher types. The kind of development done at PlantingSpace is very explorative so not much emphasis (yet) on long-term maintainability, inducing some churn.
