Avantages
- Very experienced engineers en each of the teams. You will have the chance to work with state-of-the-art technologies and to learn a lot. - Dynamic environment. - Good office location. - Good work/life balance.
Inconvénients
- Too much changes in the structure and organisation in the last times. - Communication issues between teams (due to lack of experienced managers?). - Lately the focus is not in R&D.

Great and knowledgeable tech people in R&D Flexible working hours
Inconvénients
"New" top management (appointed by end of 2024) has been firing senior people just for the sake of saving money, with no real understanding of the scope of the removed roles, no strategy presented, no transparency, no follow-up. Seems there's significant shortage of money.. Actions spill over the remaining staff, who have to face increasing context switching to handle the additional burden.
