Avantages

La team était vraiment cool, ambiance bienveillante et taille humaine. On bosse sur des projets intéressants avec pas mal d’autonomie, et les échanges snt simples, sans grosse hiérarchie lourde.

Inconvénients

Le principal problème pour moi, s’était surtout le télétravail complet : même si c’est super confortable au quotidien, il peut arriver qu’on se sente un peu seuls de temps en temps, surtout quand chacun est concentré de son côté.

Merci d’avoir pris le temps de partager ton expérience chez PhantomBuster. On est ravis de lire que tu as apprécié l’ambiance de l’équipe, l’autonomie et la simplicité des échanges au quotidien. On comprend aussi ton retour concernant le télétravail 100% remote. Même si cette organisation apporte beaucoup de flexibilité, on sait qu’elle peut parfois créer un sentiment d’isolement. C’est un sujet auquel on fait particulièrement attention, notamment à travers des temps d’échange réguliers et des moments de rencontre entre équipes.

Avantages

Second week in, I recently joined the company and had a very positive experience throughout the hiring and onboarding process. The recruitment process was quick and transparent, which made it easy to stay informed at every step. The People team was especially supportive and responsive while helping me complete the required documentation, and the onboarding experience felt well-structured and professional from the start. Overall, a great first impression and a very welcoming beginning.

Avantages

PhantomBuster has some talented and hardworking people (even though they're leaving the company one by one), and the product would have some potential in the lead generation space. The company offers flexibility and has made efforts to provide employee benefits such as remote work options.

Inconvénients

Over time, I felt there was a lack of clear strategic direction and consistency in decision-making. Priorities seemed to shift frequently, which made it difficult to build long-term impact and confidence in the product roadmap. There were also challenges around management communication and transparency. Expectations around career progression and compensation were not always clearly aligned, which impacted trust. The structure felt increasingly hierarchical, and internal politics sometimes appeared to play a larger role than performance or expertise. In some cases, strong communicators seemed to advance more easily than those focused on execution and deep expertise. From a role perspective, my position became more operational and repetitive than expected. I would have appreciated more opportunities to contribute strategically. Greater ownership and clearer growth paths would improve engagement for senior profiles. Finally, I personally struggled to stay confident in the long-term product direction and positioning, which made it difficult to fully align with the company vision.
