Avantages
The work with Oasis is very interesting, this industry is very challenging and a great lessons to have every day 1) High flexibility of managing the time 2) Very high responsibility 3) Learning everyday 4) Having colleagues in many place in the world 5) High independence in work 6) Operation management are really well listeners, motivated , and always there when needed.

. opportunities to share your ideas . branding is great . people are fun (best co-workers ever) . Entrepreneurial mindset . Lot of flexibility

. Lack of support . disorganization and lack of direction . Funding situation is a mess and has a very bad impact . No health benefits . Worth HR ever...they fire people without consideration
