Regarding compensation, we note that your role was that of a Global Account Manager. As such, this position sits outside of our annual merit review cycle. We recognise this may not have been clearly communicated within the annual commission plans, and we take that feedback on board. We regularly review our broader pay practices to ensure they remain fair and competitive, and we are committed to improving how we communicate these policies to our teams. We would also like to highlight that our suite of employee benefits has been enhanced over the past few years, and we continue to invest in ensuring our overall package remains competitive.
