      Inconvénients

      Shift in management style toward very strict oversight, with close monitoring of work hours. Very limited flexibility, making work-life balance challenging. High pressure to respect schedules down to the minute. High employee turnover and occasional hiring mismatches. Increased workload for remaining team members.

      Heure d’été le vendredi, fruits et café gratuits au bureau.

      Inconvénients

      Micromanagement constant de la part du président. Entreprise familiale qui est mal gérée. Les postes sont octroyés à ceux qui sont prêts à mettre l’entreprise avant leur vie. Aucun HR qualifié. Prenne n’importe qui pour payer le moins cher. Ne comprenne pas les principes simples de la gestion des ressources humaines.
