Constant cost reduction, limited to no investment, no consolidation or standardisation strategy, no career path, no HR organisation, no vision. Apart congratulating each other about distributing more dividends to shareholders (share not available to most employees by the way) there are no ambition to become anything bigger or work better or be a nice place to work.
