Avantages
Early responsibility - immediate responsibility for workstreams and KPIs Fast progression - manage people and client relationships early Fast pace and exciting scope Fun people and great social events - made some of my best friends here
Inconvénients
Lots of travel - away from home most nights a week (pre-covid). Unclear what that will look like in the future Limited sectors - mainly healthcare, social care, defence and food (retail and manufacturing). But these are growing and you can be a part of that growth strategy Un-diverse senior team - again being worked on but expect to be a part of the change
