Perspective commerciale
Avantages
NanoTemper is probably one of the very rare companies not to be backed by investors. For this reason, the whole strategy and operation is less dictated by money (of course it still is, we need to be profitable to last!). Most people are scientists (outside of administrative teams) and despite 200+ employees at the time I write this, there is still a startup / family vibe that is very enjoyable.
Inconvénients
When times get hard financially a lot of tough decisions have to be taken, because there's no investors money to back things up. So since I joined 2 years ago, there were already a couple waves of layoffs and restructuration.
