Avantages
Work from home is a nice one, assuming you can manage that but occasion to meet people are rare and will not happen anytime soon. Overall package is better than similar companies, but there's a catch with floating quotas and comp rules.
Inconvénients
It seems like a broken organization from a GTM perspective. Rules like price structure, quotas, forecasts, managers, even leaders changes dramatically every quarter or twice a year. GTM teams are left alone, beaten up and throw out at the first hiccup. No one really listen to customer needs or feedbacks. Product has changed not innovate the past year. New CEO in place mainly here to cut cost. Emotional bullies making bad decisions lives together with some amazing people and talents. Team spirit is not there. Overall it's a very uncertain future.
