      Avantages

      Good advantage package, salary was good but didn't follow the market and management wasn't open for adjustments.

      Inconvénients

      You have no liberties to manage the projet the way you see fit, everything needs to go throught the accountant. Technical decision are made in regards to the budget rather than the best solutions possible.

      Thank-you for your feedback. Our compensation/salary structure is formally reviewed bi-annually to ensure we remain competitive with market. We do this by accessing market data in the geographies in which we operate and across all industries, including real estate. We feel very confident that our salary structures represent the competitive salaries in the marketplace for our roles.
