Avantages
Nothing I could think of, maybe meal vouchers, eco vouchers
Inconvénients
Lack of support, unreasonable expectations from new employees, bad laptops compared to the old employees who work with Mac, the new ones receive windows, they put so much pressure on you, don't explain the process completely, just parts of it and when you ask for help they tell you yo check your notes from a 2h-3h power point presentation. So they are expecting you to do something you never did before, without showing you at least one example.
