      Company not adapted for senior and experienced employees but can be a good start for Junior

      Uncapped commission / Independence in your work and flexibiity Nice atmosphere among colleagues

      Inconvénients

      No balance at all between professional and personal life. Be willing to work 24/7 most especially during summer (starting from May until September) A lack of recognition from top management - bad management

      No life but can be nice to start in the industry

      Avantages

      Based in Switzerland Nice team, mostly nice people Nice office Events in summer, EBACE and Christmas

      Inconvénients

      No home office allowed (only very few exceptions) No true leader in the company Base salary very low Bonus are not very high (5% of the margin)

      Avantages

      J'aime la cohésion des équipes et la formation. De plus, l'entreprise a une bonne ambiance de travail avec un bon salaire. J'aime vraiment travailler là-bas.

      Inconvénients

      Il n'y a rien à noter ici
