Avantages
Working with Lever Foundation offers a flexible environment where I can manage my own schedule, which is especially valuable during my pregnancy, as long as I deliver quality work and meet my responsibilities. The working culture is healthy, people are super nice, supportive, and trust-based, allowing me to have strong work-life balance. I am also genuinely happy to contribute to improving animal welfare and sustainable sourcing practices in Indonesia.
Inconvénients
I need to always make sure I self-manage my workload well and ensure internal discipline. While the flexibility is valuable, it also means I need to be highly organized and proactive in coordinating my schedules.
