Where to start. Well well here we go. This is not a company but a family shop. Employees working office hours are measured strictly. Every meeting, it is highlighted and and coffee breaks are also strictly monitored. Variable pays were directly cancelled for this year. Not a safe place for women at all !!!!! Everything except work happens - dirty politics and family drama. There is 0 learning or growth. People are busy monitoring employees rather than focusing business expansion and vision. They have developed (patched) a dozen of products in these 2 years which brought 0 pennies. There is a new policy, HR is asking current employees their updated RESUMES. What on earth is this policy and for what? Records? How about asking employees to deposit their property papers as well, it'll complete the employee details. They've employed a person just to monitor who all likes, shares, reposts their posts on LinkedIn. This record is updated daily. And that's all for now. Hola "strangers"
