Avantages
Deciding to join Ledgy has been the best decision in my career so far. Two reasons why I joined Ledgy: 1) the product we're building is amazing and makes a material impact on startups across Europe and 2) the team is smart, humble, determined and fun to hang out with. Every day at work is an amazing opportunity to learn from others, grow personally, contribute to our mission and have a positive impact on your peers and the world around us.
Inconvénients
Working in a startup can be stressful. Ledgy isn't immune to this as well but it all depends on your ability to cope with stress and a heavy workload. I personally manage but I know that some of my colleagues have a harder time. Maybe something to keep in mind when applying. That being said, Ledgy offers great (mental) support to its employes!
