      Avantages

      - Internal recruitment ; many opportunities to evolve and acquire new skills - Adhesion to the MyBenefits/Multisports program - Friendly atmosphere ; no dress code

      Inconvénients

      - Salary on the lower end ; No salary increases in spite of the inflation since 2022 - No bonuses - If your language isn't "in demand", don't expect to get a contract that isn't interim - Each language is its own job title so salaries will differ (FIGS are generally better paid) - High turnover - Forbidden to warn against anti-immigration protests on professional channels "to keep the workplace inclusive and free of conflict" and to not "give a bad image of Poland [to our international employees]" - It's the video game industry, so no union of any sort

      Avantages

      Keywords Katowice provided a great place to work, it felt good to go on site. The overall ambiance was agreable and relations with colleagues were also very good. I keep a warm souvenir of this job.

      Inconvénients

      Inconviniences were scarce and too minor, in my opinion, to be stated here.
