Inconvénients
I've observed a concerning shift at JOOR in recent times. In an effort to reduce costs, the company has made widespread cuts—affecting not only budgets and tools but also team resources and employee benefits. Unfortunately, these decisions seem to be impacting the overall work environment and morale. One of the more troubling aspects is a growing culture of blame, where accountability for challenges and lost clients is often placed disproportionately on junior staff, while upper leadership appears disconnected from the day-to-day realities. The increasing reliance on offshore outsourcing, particularly through BPO partners, has also contributed to a noticeable decline in technical quality and team cohesion. It's disheartening to see a company with real potential prioritize short-term savings over long-term sustainability and employee well-being. While I remain hopeful for JOOR’s future, I’ve started exploring other opportunities, as I worry that the current trajectory may not be sustainable in the long run.
