Avantages
I worked at this company for several years and generally enjoyed the core content of the role. My decision to leave was primarily related to company culture rather than the work itself.
Inconvénients
The organization has a highly hierarchical structure with a large proportion of junior employees. Progression is mainly reflected through frequent title changes, while responsibilities and compensation tend to evolve more gradually. Salary increases are often structured in ways that optimize net income rather than significantly increasing gross pay. Recognition for sustained effort is limited, and employee well-being does not always appear to be a priority. While teamwork and flexibility are encouraged in principle, in practice this can result in long working hours and increased pressure. Working conditions at the time were functional but below what many would consider optimal. Employee turnover is relatively high, with many people choosing to move on after a few years once they gain experience. Several former colleagues went on to roles with clearer growth paths, improved working conditions, and more competitive compensation. Based on my experience, this may not be the best fit for those seeking a supportive culture and long-term development.
