Avantages
- Good starting pay - Diversity - Office is pretty nice
Inconvénients
- No onboarding whatsoever HR will show you to your desk & ghost - No place for growth - So so so much gossip it's a toxic mess - Directors & Managers have little say in things since everything hinges on Delivery Hero's orders and their bureaucratic hell - There is definitely an atmosphere of We Are a Family™ and it's awful & cringey, if you don't subscribe to it you will definitely always be an outsider. In office on one respects personal space everyone up in your business 24/7 - You should always keep ibuprofen on hand
