      Inconvénients

      Incompetent managers. Company with a beautiful mission on paper, that is practically not fulfilled. Acts like a start-up after more than a decade.

      Flexibility and you can work from whenever you want.

      Inconvénients

      I would not recommend working at Goodwall. I still feel the negative mental after-effects from being a part of this company. The lack of organization results in many employees working extra hours. Hierarchy is male-dominated and teams are not well balanced in terms of salaries, conditions, and workloads. Hires that will accept lower salaries are common, but lack of qualifications bring more work to other team members.
