It's the worst professional experience of my life. They hire at a miserable salary during the trial period, promising you the moon ("I promise it will be the best decision of your life"), extract everything they can from you, and then dismiss you like a rag just before the 3-month trial period expires. It's a classic pattern with them, and many have complained about it. Operationally, on the inside, it's a mess, and when you scratch the surface, you realize that all the displayed benevolence is just a smokescreen. Avoid this company at all costs!
