      Avantages

      - Dans l’ensemble, à l’écoute de leurs collaborateurs (sauf exceptions) - Environnement ULTRA international - Culture Suédoise et anglophone - Experts de la vente : très bons process en place et excellente entreprise pour apprendre et pratiquer le métier - Excellents partenariats - Possibilité de mobilité internationale hyper facile

      Inconvénients

      - Experts en vente = souvent trop focus vente et pas assez produit & service -> ne se concentrent pas assez sur la valeur ajoutée au client - Comme partout : l’ambiance est cool tant qu’on tombe sur un bon manager… (et parfois ils sont top dans certains pays et moins dans les autres) - Peu de possibilités d’évolution de carrière (pas de poste pour évoluer)

      Des superbes valeurs, une bonne ambiance générale. Horaires et charge de travail acceptables

      Inconvénients

      Un management qui met les HOMMES au centre. Beaucoup trop de copinage et aucune possibilité d'évolution.

      Avantages

      Travels, working from home twice a week, good offices, you meet nice people

      Inconvénients

      Management never includes you in decisions that impact you, and there is no HR!! So your life depends on your manager. There is a lot of pressure to achieve targets, hard work is not rewarded, and the salary is so bad compared to all you do. People feel pressured to work on weekends. There are serious structure issues in the company.
