Avantages
Smooth sailing kinda job. Best perks coming from the client (host company), amazing offices, free meals, etc
Inconvénients
Fragile relationship with client (host company) which results in producing less interesting projects i.e basic, mostly internal, corporate content. Nothing too portfolio-worthy. High turnover in line management. Presential-only for workforce while management tends to enjoy WFH from time to time. First salary offer way too low compared to current employees, it needs negotiating from the start before signing.
