I do not recommend DOSIM as a workplace, nor as a service provider!
This company is extremely poorly organized and lacks basic human empathy in its management structure. The upper management often tries to undermine employees’ confidence and self-worth, discouraging them from seeking better job opportunities or believing in their potential.
DOSIM heavily relies on issuing residence permits (Permis de séjour) to attract workers, which creates a sense of obligation in employees, making them feel indebted to the company. This practice raises serious ethical concerns and reflects the company's manipulative approach to workforce retention.
The salaries offered are significantly below the market average in Switzerland. Reviews on platforms like Indeed and Glassdoor confirm widespread dissatisfaction, with employees reporting that salaries are low and often accompanied by delays in overtime payments. On Kununu, 0% of reviewers would recommend DOSIM as an employer. Meanwhile, clients are charged up to three times what employees receive, yet the company is unwilling to have open discussions about fair compensation.
Work-life balance is almost nonexistent. Many employees are scheduled to work in multiple locations within short time frames, with little to no rest between shifts. This is not only physically exhausting but also potentially unsafe and non-compliant with Swiss labor laws.
Communication within the company is highly inefficient. Important information often fails to reach all staff members, and there is little opportunity for feedback or clarification. Employees are frequently left in the dark regarding procedures, shifts, and changes.
Moreover, the company and its management do not respect GDPR rules. Personal contact information of employees is shared without prior consent, and individuals are added to messaging groups where their data is exposed. In some cases, personal situations are discussed in professional contexts and vice versa, often involving third parties who have no right to that information.
Finally, numerous public reviews describe management as authoritarian, disrespectful, and unresponsive to employee concerns. Complaints about recurring payroll errors and being treated as “just a number” further highlight the company’s internal dysfunction.
To make matters worse, the company handles dismissals and resignations in an unprofessional and hostile way. They often withhold part of your final salary, and fail to inform employees of the notice periods or legal deadlines, which can result in lost severance or entitlements. Once you resign, or are let go, the behavior of supervisors changes dramatically. What should be your final days of transition are instead filled with tension, humiliation, and disrespect.
Avoid this company if you value fair treatment, dignity, and professional integrity.
If you're considering working with or for DOSIM, I strongly recommend you look elsewhere. There are far more ethical, respectful, and well-managed companies in Switzerland that value their people as more than tools.
