Avantages
Distalmotion was once a very strong company, focused on hiring top-performing employees, developing them, and fostering a positive environment to deliver high-quality products and services. Unfortunately, the leadership changed significantly in 2025, leading to communication gaps, large layoffs, and a reduction in benefits.
Inconvénients
With a new, fully US-based C-level team, there has been a clear disconnect between the original Swiss culture and the new direction. Teams are now consistently expected to do more with less with unclear directions, creating a high-pressure work environment.
