Avantages
No skill development, no real skill mapping of employees. The core job is software license compliance, a field that’s dying out.
Inconvénients
The leadership is either cowardly or endlessly manipulative. There are lots of suck-ups and incompetent people, and a few overexploited gems who’d be better off somewhere else. This is the bottom of the barrel in consulting. The salary is below market too.
