Avantages
Exciting projects, amazing houses, some great people.
Inconvénients
Huge workload, pressure, chaotic organization and low salaries. On top of that, middle management tends to lack proper training and leadership skills. They basically all do a very poor job at managing, which affects team dynamics and day-to-day operations. While meritocracy is part of the narrative, internal politics and personal connections can significantly influence career progression. Be "friends" with the right people, think and behave like the rest of them and you might get promoted. People appear cheerful on the surface, but there's constant complaining and bitching behind the scenes, which creates a tense and somewhat hypocritical atmosphere. Some individuals with well-known problematic behavior continue to hold or gain responsibilities, which can be discouraging for engaged and high-potential employees. Unfortunately, all of the above often leads to early departures of talented team members.
