The whole company is modeled after their CEO disturbed culture that hides behind a false profile of a good religious person. However, he is renowmed for his lack of humanity as he fires intire departments without second though or as we saw, firing good employees a couple days before christmas. For the media, He has a chain of cafe promoting work for people with disability , whereas he try to forces people with disabilites to work without respecting accomodation needed. His leadership fears him and follow the same practices. A severe lack of strategy or business knowledge from the leadership is the main barrier to our team to deliver results to our clients. To hide it, the company will fire or promote an enviroment of constructive dismissal to justify that was the failure was due to previous operational team. If you are a candidate, just know that you will be lucky to dogde the most toxic place you will ever work. If you are a potential client, You will find better chances of results with oany other player. The damage that they can do your business and career can be long-lasting.
