There is true support between non-management employees.
Inconvénients
If you tell any Waiheke local that you work for Cable Bay their first reaction will be to offer to help you find another job. Last summer the restaurant manager was crying in front of guests and did not properly train us, she would hide in the kitchen and refuse to deal with us. The cellar door manager was hungover most of the time and made a lot of inappropriate comments about both staff and customers. The management team is overbearing and judgemental and is more likely to punish than help you.
