Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to read that your experience did not meet your expectations. At the same time, we are surprised by several points you raised, as they do not align with our working practices and HR records.
We have been investing in building a stable and supportive environment for our tech teams in Tunis. Over the last two years, our local Project Manager has helped us strengthen planning, collaboration, and team workload management. Since then, turnover in our IT team has significantly decreased (from 21% in 2023 to 6% in 2025), with only two departures this year. This is an important indicator of stability and engagement.
Regarding workload and project timelines, there are peaks in activity during certain phases of delivery; however, we adhere to labour regulations and ensure adequate recovery periods. We do not expect or request extended working hours as a standard practice. If such situations occurred, we would invite concrete examples so we can investigate.
On late-night calls, this goes against our right-to-disconnect guidelines and our cross-time-zone communication standards. We have never been made aware of such practices. We will review this internally, as it is not acceptable.
On probation practices, our data does not support this claim. Recent departures were either voluntary or linked to fixed-term contracts that naturally ended, and were not related to the termination of trial periods. We are not operating a “hire and dismiss” approach, and there is no pattern suggesting misuse of probation.
Lastly, regarding CNSS contributions, these are handled monthly by our certified local accountant. Payments are made in due time. Any delay would trigger a formal notification, which has not occurred.
