I haven't seen or experienced anything out of the ordinary! People who work there have no other options "rural area" if they had they wouldn't stay
Inconvénients
The business managers will have no problems lying to have what they want! Firing people for no reason other than the cost of their employment! No long therm strategies "invest/ROI" Relationship are fake they don't trust unless they micro-manage or spy on you! worst professionnel experience ever! Keep a valid proof of every single exchange! believe me you'll need it!
