Working hours are tracked, but there is a lot of trust and freedom to organise your day as you see fit, as long as you deliver on your responsibilities. Inconvénients
As the company has grown, internal processes and tools have gone through quite a few iterations. This has sometimes meant adjusting to new ways of working more often than in a more “mature” organisation.
