Avantages
You might learn some basic HTML but not enough to go anywhere with it. By basic I mean they send you a link to a website that teaches HTML to beginners. The CEO is fun to laugh at when he walks around the office in spandex biker shorts that could pass as black underwear. Imagine Mr. Clean with a white button-down top, spandex shorts, and cleats. Makes for a good laugh in such a dreary environment.
Inconvénients
They say you get a paid lunch but by that, they mean you have to work at a tiny long desk with numerous people next to you with barely any space to eat. Very weird about bathroom breaks and will keep track of how many times you go a day. The break room is in a hallway with a fridge and microwave. All the computers there are ancient and often break down or malfunction. All the equipment they give their team is outdated. Considering they're a tech company you'd think they'd have nice equipment for their team to work on. The tech guys often talk loud and about really inappropriate stuff even when clients are around. They will bad mouth just about anyone including staff and clients. They don't care about you or their clients just about money and will often lie to clients about results or blame it on covid. The CEO has an ego problem. He also refers to himself as a "creative genius" which is weird. Super toxic environment. They often lie to people they're interviewing about the position they're hiring for. They will always rope you into being an SEO specialist. You could submit an app for a design, developer, or marketing role and show up and find out they're interviewing you for SEO. If you are thinking about working here I strongly advise against it.
