      Pay can be good Coworkers are generally smart and good to work with

      Owners. Want to be screamed at (yes, screamed...as in, at the top of his lungs) daily? Work here. I was employed for 2 weeks here before I got out. I witnessed explosions from owners on a daily basis. And through discussions with other staff, discovered it wasn't just a bad week or 2 there, it is very common and ongoing for many years.

      It’s a good resume builder. 2 years there is like 5 years somewhere else

      Can be overwhelming at times. One developer per project. Tight deadlines and pressure
