      Lot of area they ahs to improve. First they has to give value for those resources who are doing actual job which excel the Co. till date and of course in future rather than those who do lips service only without any tangible knowledge and contribution for Client work.

      Avantages

      I95dev has a great collaborative and inclusive work culture. They provide supportive mentorship and approachable leadership. I got real exposure to client-facing and internal projects, which played a vital role in my personal growth and development. It provides a lot of opportunities to take up ownership and improve your skills. A really good environment ot grow professionally.

      Inconvénients

      The only con I could think of is the limited duration of the internship. I would have loved to spend more time here.
