Avantages
They are very flexible with hours and mostly helpful when u can get hold of managers. Most jobs have a good info pack and stands all come with instructions.
Inconvénients
Pay rate is minimal they will pay u as little as they can. Message up milage and hours paid for months and still can't get it right. One person leave the company and they don't hire to replace they just move the work load on to existing members of staff. Can be working over 9-10 hour days to get your weekly jobs done. The amount of travel required for the job it silly I have gone from 1 zone to 5 with in 2 weeks as a staff member left and they don't want to hire cover.
