Avantages
Good people, management was nice. This is an okay place to work. It's been a while since I worked here, so take this with a grain of salt, but perhaps get answers in your interview with roundabout questions based on the cons below. Basically I would work here again if the cons have been addressed since leaving.
Inconvénients
Antiquated code, no real direction or road map from a software and I/T prospective. Non-IT people make IT decisions. I think this has changed since they put an actual software engineer in charge of the software team. They thing that made me leave was when they started treating development like a call-center, only allowing two breaks a day. Again, that's a symptom of non-IT folks managing I/T and hopefully changed since I left. But that's the first and only time I've ever seen that in I/T. Adios on that. Viva la freedom.
