None. I liked all of my coworkers is pretty much the most I can say.
Inconvénients
No benefits. No adequate pay. Toxic environment. Management is unreasonable and irrational. I saw at least 15 employees fired for no reason during my time there, which was only about 3 months. I was not fired, FYI, I quit on my own because I dreaded coming into that environment. I am thankful to not have to be there anymore. I thought that this company would give me a good learning opportunity, but it became apparent quickly that they have no interest in employee growth or development. Management will frequently yell and berate employees in front of the rest of the staff. Management once punched a hole in a desk after yelling at an employee over a very minor mistake. You are also forced to stand outside for an "outside meeting" which frequently lasted 45 minutes, and were embarrassing as other companies in the area would be trying to work while we were berated. Save yourself the trouble and headache, and find a company that will allow you some growth.
