      Avantages

      eLearning Brothers is by far the best place I have ever worked. I am treated with respect and valued for my contribution. This company really cares about work/life balance and puts the employees first. Every Wednesday is pickleball. Thursday is "Sports Coat Thursday" and Friday is "Free Donut Friday." we all wear eLB branded clothes on Friday just because we love this place. They also provide free hair cuts once a month. I love this. eLearning Brothers is one of the fastest growing companies in Utah and one of the best places to work.

      Inconvénients

      Not enough foosball tournaments. ;-)

      Avantages

      One of the great things about ELB is the flexibility in your day-to-day schedule. You have the options to pick your kids up from school or go to a doctors appointment.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is severely low for industry standards. There is a lot of lack of direction on the sales team. Sales management is great, but they are always inaccessible and unavailable. There are never any quotas to hit or any real pipeline prediction. Lots of disorganization could be fixed by better communication inside and outside of the sales team.
