      1.No clear understanding about the requirements. 2.Not at al working in the correct format for coding, no coding standards, no comments. 3. Their coding very worst lots of browser compatibility issues and other bugs after delivery and their coding will be not reusable and not easy understand.

      - not very competitive benefits - if onsite, location is in East Brunswick and tough for public transport
