Temporary agents are terrible they refuse to do their job or just say anything to get the member off the phone. They're going to be the downfall of the company. They also made US agents start taking UK calls but didn't give them the proper training. They increased our call volume when they did this without increasing our pay. There is also no oppurtunity for growth.
