      Workload: With a lot of clients onboard, it was difficult to handle all the project onboard. However, this is how most agencies work and with good time management skills and management support, everything can be under control.

      Your feedback is greatly appreciated; we take every constructive feedback as an opportunity to grow our company. We really appreciate the value you see in various aspects right from the great enviornment to great infrastructure. When it comes to being the workload, our Leadership Team constantly brainstorms ways, including making changes in the Operational Policies, to promote professionalism and accountability across the board. On top of this, we meet with our employees on a weekly basis to discuss the workload and find amicable solutions to the problem, if any.       Genuinely a great place to work. e intelligence has people from all over the world and every culture so everyone fits in. The teams are very close and everyone is good friends. My manager is very understanding, compassionate and incredible at his job. he sets the bar high and provides her teams the tools to operate as efficiently as they can. Working at e intelligence has given me ample opportunity to develop my own skill set in a trusting environment. Working with brilliant people has its perks!

      I see nothing bad in the way the company is run, they are good at what they do.
