      Avantages

      One of the "Big 3" lighting companies, for now. There are still good people who care about the company and the job they do.

      Inconvénients

      Absence of leadership, constant turmoil, incompetence gets rewarded while talented people continue to leave, micromanagement from Germany, more work with less resources, not a single corporate function works well - especially IT (I've had more reliable internet access with a dial-up modem). And the benefits suck.

      Avantages

      Benefits and location are the only pros to working here

      Inconvénients

      Very toxic environment, almost no opportunities for raises or growth despite what they tell you. They lied about a lot of things I asked about when I interviewed for the position.
