      The job comes with a company car and offers a lot of autonomy. One of the additional benefits is that the sales person gets to work from home

      Inconvénients

      One of the big cons of the job is lack of on the job training. The management expected me to know the lighting business without formal training.

      Benefits and location are the only pros to working here

      Inconvénients

      Very toxic environment, almost no opportunities for raises or growth despite what they tell you. They lied about a lot of things I asked about when I interviewed for the position.
