We are committed to resolving any issues together for our collective success. Towards that end, we provide various channels for employees to express their concerns. These include reaching out to a member of our Human Resources team directly or using our open-door policy to contact any executive management team member. Additionally, we offer YOLA, an online suggestion/feedback tool, allowing employees to submit concerns anonymously on any topic. This platform ensures that feedback is forwarded directly to the executive management team confidentially.
