      Avantages

      -Free barista coffee -Location -The pay was decent compared to local competition.

      Inconvénients

      -Senior management -The company was sold to an equity firm that thought they could run a semiconductor equipment company without talent. -Moved the entire design department to India and now have the work done by fresh graduates from India who know how to use SolidWorks but don't know that TFE and Teflone are the same.

      Occasionally slightly chaotic and harder for interns to find grounding.

      Avantages

      -good equipment and facility -free lunches while i was there -lots of good people

      Inconvénients

      -pace is crazy -sales and c-suite are super ambitious and overly optimistic about what the engineering team can accomplish -needs better structural planning since there's a lot of reactive decisions
