As Write Edge grows, we're actively exploring ways to improve employee welfare and benefits. Notably, we've introduced Teacher's Bonding Sessions for enhanced personal connections outside work and are looking into having telehealth services as a future medical benefit. Additionally, our revised hybrid work model aims to provide teachers with more flexibility and sufficient rest, ensuring a better wellbeing for our employees.
In regards with the turnover rate, as we are scaling and expanding, we monitor the attrition number very closely and we have been successful in keeping the attrition number to below 3% every month.
We ensure that our salaries are in line with market rates for our full-time, contract, and part-time employees. Our salary rates are transparently listed on MyCareersFuture. To maintain fairness, we conduct internal salary review to ensure all employees are compensated appropriately and in accordance with market standards
