      The pay, benefits, and support is above average, especially for a small/mid size company. Willingness of management to invest in people and the business is great.

      Inconvénients

      Company is going through transition now and ownership change is on the horizon. It is tough to move forward/get new business until the change is complete.

      Great customers, nice facilities. Staff is also very friendly. Good benefits

      Inconvénients

      Lower pay for some positions compared to competitors. No college degree needed. Benefits tale a whole to kick in (profit sharing)
