Avantages

The interviews, onboarding, training, and people are great and make you feel welcome from the beginning! The company offers great benefits and encourages a work-life balance. There is also many opportunities within the organization when ready to level up. From the CEO down to the specialists, everyone works as one team towards the ultimate goal, client satisfaction and retention.

Inconvénients

I have no cons so far.

Avantages

- Flexibility to work remotely - No micromanaging, everyone is nice to work with. Including the president of the company. Very down to earth people. - Onboarding process is very interactive and makes you feel welcome - Access to a library of training resources to invest in your career

Inconvénients

None! I have no complaints at all. I love my role at the company!

Avantages

A lot of good people around at the company. Very knowledgeable individuals exist.

Inconvénients

Feels like information is condensed into few employees who know it all. Workload can vary but yearly metrics feel curated to ensure that you do not get your full bonus. Why would a company based on web based tickets where we aim to resolve issues with time constraints make us call people all day? That does nothing but waste time that could be spent on more relevant issues. Constant tickets that could have been answered by a FAQ hold the same weight as an entire company not getting paid. “Make sure to use time to call about system color schemes but not let tickets set pending despite the steady inflow”.
